Last night I was minding my own business, attempting to watch the UFC fight for free by streaming it online. I clicked on a link to stream the fight, it begins, then all the sudden my computer seizes. I had to manually restart the netbook, and BAM! Instant lockdown with spyware, malware, popups, etc. It was hard core. I was freaking out, thinking I would have to reinstall my OS cds that came with the netbook and start all over.
Luckily, some helpful people on a forum directed me to a link where I downloaded and ran an anti-malware program. Within 45 minutes, my computer went from completely busted to like-new. It was a miracle.
