Jim v. NY State Bar Exam

Round 1.
Melissa packs Jim everything he could possible ever need for his 3 day trip to Buffalo, NY for the bar exam.

Items packed include, but are not limited to:
ear plugs
vitamins
sleep aid
lots of Ritalin
candy
"quiet snacks" -You are only allowed to bring a few specific things into the exam, one of which is a "quiet snack". Jim put an extra request on top of this asking only for quiet snacks that he doesn't have to chew a lot (he thinks chewing more than a few time may be too distracting)

Jim drives 2.5 hours and arrives safely to his hotel in Buffalo. Unfortunately, he waited until 4 days ago to book a hotel so everything close to the testing location was sold out. He ended up booking a room in the most incredibly gaudy Italian 3 star hotel 10 miles from the test site. Not ideal, but since all the other guests are senior citizens he should be able to get a quiet night's sleep.

Jim conducts a dry run from his hotel to the testing location. Upon arrival he finds a place to park and joins the tens of other fellow future bar takers in wandering around the testing site and harassing the convention center staff with questions like "what is the earliest possible time can I get here in the morning?" and "what is the average temperature inside the building?".

Jim drives to the local Cheesecake Factory for a meatloaf dinner. After dinner he returns to the hotel where he plays games on his iPhone and watches cable news until it is time to hit the hay.

Next Time....Jim takes on the Multistate Bar Exam

Oh my gosh I am so excited/nervous. You will be an awesome lawyer. As of tomorrow, I'll be throwing out the line, "I'll be having my lawyer contact you..." a lot more. :)

Seriously, good luck. Like the others I cannot wait to start screaming at every imbecile that brushes up against me or looks at me wrong..."You'll be hearing from my attorney JA!"
