Melissa and I made Valentine's Day boxes yesterday. Over the next two weeks we plan on placing Valentine's cards in each other's boxes. As you can tell, Melissa's creation is the product of genuine artistic ability and a coherent vision.
My box clearly indicates my complete lack of artistic ability. The only thing I know how to do is cut pictures out of my video game magazines and slap them on top of our old digital camera box. However, as you can see, several pictures are '3d' and are rising up from the box, which I thought added a nice touch.
On a side note, our digital camera finally broke, so we got a new one. I am glad it finally died, I was so sick of carrying around that thing, it weighed about 25lbs. Our new camera is a sleek and small 7 megapixel Kodak. So enjoy these high-resolution pictures of the Valentine's boxes.

that is the cutest thing i have ever seen! you two must like each other an awful lot! i should tell robert that we need to make valentine boxes for ourselves and that we need to put love notes in them for each other and see what he says... i'm certain his reaction would be a really great entry for our blog! :)
I am speechless. You two lovebirds are just about the cutest things I have ever heard of! And might I just say, Melissa's box is so so so cute and creative! Jim, yours is pretty cool also. Nice way to love you two!
That is so adorable!!!!! And really, I am so impressed with the way Melissa's box open and shuts it's mouth! IMPRESSIVE!
