
So apparently my blood pressure is slightly elevated. The doctor told me I should try to lower it. My gameplan is to start drinking more water, consume less salt, and start running. I already lift weights a few times a week, so I will now run for about a mile on the treadmill after every workout. My first jog was two days ago, and I ran .75 miles to get things going. I basically despise running, but since I no longer ever play basketball or anything like that, I guess I have no other choice if I want to do cardio. Ugh.

Good luck with that running thing. Let me know how it works out with the blood presure, then tell me what med they put you on. (it runs in the family dude)
Clay runs like the wind now. He is training for a triathlon. He really likes it and he is getting more 'cut'. So maybe you will start to really like it. You never know.
