This week I have four final exams. I have never had this cramped of an exam schedule before, so I am trying to remain calm. Today I have Wills & Trusts, tomorrow is Insurance Law, Thursday is Evidence, and Friday is New York Civil Practice.
Overall I am feeling ok about Wills & Trusts today. My professor is an interesting guy. He is young, tall, from Mississippi, speaks with a thick southern accent, and in addition to being a high powered lawyer-turned law professor, he also has a Masters Degree in nuclear engineering from MIT. Suffice to say, he is intimidating. Hopefully he doesn't try anything tricky on the final exam today. The practice exam that he gave the class to work on was sort-of strange, it was a simple two page story about a rich father who spoiled his daughter and provided less assistance to his son, then died leaving a two-sentence will giving his house to his daughter, and nothing to his son. There was no other information, and the instructions were to address all the issues. I am always leery of those kinds of exams, where you are basically invited to speculate about anything and everything. I suspect today's exam will be the same. Should be fun!

I would love to read what you write!
Jim, I admire all that you have learned. It is amazing that you go to school for three extra years in one subject and you come out an expert. Good job.
We can't wait until next week! We get there Wed. I think you don't get there until a few days later though.
