Ho Ho Ho

Last night Melissa and I got together with some friends to make gingerbread houses. I cropped the pictures so you can get a nice close-up view of the houses. As you can see, my house has a built-in window, in which you can distinctly see two gummy bear inhabitants. Aside from that I quickly ran out of ideas, and my gingerbread house is basically a cube with only one side decorated.

This is funny because Erin and I also build gingerbread houses - Erin seems to be able to channel Frank Lloyd Wright's ghost while mine usually looks like the streets of London circa 1943 post-carpet bombing.

^ Ammon, I know just how you feel! It is frustrating looking up from my gingerbread house to see everyone else with multi-level houses, thoughtful decorations, etc., while mine looks worse than the Flinstone's house.
