The monkey in this picture is being tested by scientists somewhere, for some purpose... im' not sure what. The point is that I too was tested about a month ago. Upon graduating law school every prospective lawyer must take three exams; a state-specific Bar Exam, the multi-state Bar Exam that tests general law, and the Multi-State Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE). Law students have the option of taking the MPRE early, which I decided to do. It has a high passage rate compared with the actual Bar Exam, though it was no cake walk. I found out yesterday that I passed the MPRE for all 50 states, which honestly surprised me because I felt like I was guessing on more than half the questions.
I also have a new role model, Daniel Plainview. He is the main character in There Will be Blood, one of the best movies I have seen in a long, long time. Plainview is an oil speculator in Southern California in the early 20th century. The movie was fantastic for so many different reasons, not the least of which was THE milkshake scene. I.... Drink... Your... Milkshake!!!
