Just when I thought the news had become stale and derivative, I just so happen to stumble across the single greatest piece of journalism ever to be written. I hope the old people at the Pulitzer committee have already called the statue engraver, because this year's award is in the bag. Check out the following news story about 'rogue squirrel attacks' in a Bay Area park. To get the full breadth of this story, a mere reading of the actual article is insufficient. You must watch the entire slideshow, which is horribly mislabeled 'Slideshow: Squirrel Attacks Child." For starters, there aren't even pictures of a squirrel attacking a child in this slideshow. For the most part, the slideshow is just random pictures of people in the park NOT being bitten by squirrels, followed by other random pictures of what are probably innoccent squirrels sitting under a tree. The montage wraps up with a picture of a sign that has recently been posted in the park warning about the marauding gangs of bloodthirsty squirrels... I really can't do the story full justice, you must watch the slideshow for yourself.
